You can request deletion of your TOS account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to narayansingh89koranga@gmail.com with the subject line: "Delete my TOS account"
2. Include the phone number you use to log in to the App (this is how we identify your account).
3. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account and login credentials (phone number)
• All business data you entered: jobs, clients, vendors, vehicles, billing records, and payments
• All documents and files you uploaded
• Your push notification token

What May Be Retained

• Anonymous usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Records we are legally required to keep under applicable law (e.g., tax or accounting regulations), for the legally mandated period only

Before You Delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your business records, please export or request your data before sending the deletion request. Data export is always free.
